Refund policy
While we strive to make everything perfect for your child to help them achieve their goal, we understand sometimes a return is necessary. As a small business, we can offer limited returns (until we grow!) so please read the below policy CAREFULLY before purchasing.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- All returns must be made within 14 days
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question is as a gift, please email us to organize a credit. We will need any barcode information connected to the product(s) received.
· Please note, we cannot accept returns or accommodate exchanges for items damaged during use. If you find your child is breaking or ripping something, please message us and we can see about making you a specialty item to address the issue.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Loofahs
- Gift cards
- Digital workbooks, toolkits, and educational downloads
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
We are a small business that works with the disabled and special needs communities to make some of our products, and we understand sometimes there might be small mistakes or errors. If you have received an item that is defective or damaged, please message us! We want everyone to be happy with their purchase and ensure your child has the tools necessary to achieve their goals.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
