Return & Refund Policy

We want every product to help your child succeed. If something isn't the right fit, we're happy to accept eligible returns under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging.
• Mirror clings and decals must have the original protective backing paper still attached and must not have been applied.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Loofahs
• Gift cards
• Digital workbooks, toolkits, educational downloads, and other digital products
• Sale or clearance items

Complimentary Loofahs: From time to time, eligible orders may include a free loofah. If an order that included a complimentary loofah is later returned, the unused loofah should be included with the return. If the complimentary loofah is not returned, $2.99 will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the item.

Damaged During Use

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items damaged during use. If your child is repeatedly tearing or damaging a product, please contact us. We may be able to recommend or create a modified version that better meets your child's needs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The restocking fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, processing and preparing returned merchandise.

Any other applicable deductions outlined in this policy, including the $2.99 cost of an unreturned complimentary loofah, will also be deducted from the refund.

Restocking fees do not apply if you received an incorrect item or if an item arrived damaged or defective.

After applicable deductions, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund after it has been issued.
